Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving them.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Portal on our website.
- Enter your order number and email address to find your order.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Print the return shipping label provided (if applicable) and attach it to your package.
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at stack@mylinegoods.store.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Items purchased on final sale
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to:Address: Mylinegoods, Rosenthaler Straße 34-35, Berlin, 10178, Germany.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
