SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Please see the estimated delivery times below:

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at stack@mylinegoods.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Mylinegoods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGES
Mylinegoods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
